TERMS
Pictures submitted to Show Off! become property of Graphic Habit. Graphic Habit reserves the right use submitted pictures for purposes directly related to the company including (but not limited to) advertising, marketing, research, training and promotion.
Consent to submit photograph must be obtained from (a) photographer or primary owner of rights to photograph, (b) original designer of clothing design depicted in photograph, (c) all persons depicted in photograph (persons must be 18 years of age or older to give consent. Otherwise consent must be granted by parent or guardian).
No compensation will be provided to models, photographers or other parties due to use of submitted photographs.
